Librarian John Phillips retires after 44 years

Congratulations to John Phillips, Professor and Head of the Government Documents Department and Director of the Oklahoma Digital Maps Collection in the Edmon Low Library of Oklahoma State University, on the occasion of his retirement, and on his 44 years of service to Oklahoma State University.
