The Angie Debo Collection
The Special Collections and University Archives Department of the Oklahoma State University Library houses papers, correspondence, and photographs donated by Angie Debo. The website dedicated to her materials provides additional information on her life and career along with detailed finding aids and further links to other relevant collections within the Library.
The McCasland Digital Collection of Early Oklahoma and Indian Territory Maps
Angie Debo's historical research spanned Oklahoma's story both before and after statehood, during times when the boundaries of various territories in the region were shifting on a regular basis and the ownership of areas was changing. The McCasland Collection at the Oklahoma State University Library contains almost 2,000 historical maps covering many of the same time periods that Debo discussed, and this cartographic archive in turn provides researchers with a context for Debo's discussions. The maps can either be searched by keyword or browsed.
