Jerry Rackley

Co-Author of "Services and Experience Marketing"

Jerry Rackley brings over 35 years of professional and consulting experience to his role as assistant professor of professional practice. He is the author of Marketing Analytics Roadmap: Metrics, Methods, and Tools, co-author of Modern Marketing Principles, and Services and Experience Marketing. At the Spears School of Business, he teaches services marketing, digital marketing and marketing analytics.

The Services and Experience Marketing text teaches first what services are and the important role they play in our economy. The text then delves into the importance of experiences, how to manage customer expectations, what the Gaps Model of service quality is and how to use it, the service design process, and many more aspects of marketing services and managing service quality.
