Michael Long
Co-Author of "Green Criminology and Green Theories of Justice An Introduction to a Political Economic View of Eco-Justice"

Michael A. Long is an associate professor in the Department of Sociology at Oklahoma State University. His research addresses social inequality using political economic theory as applied within the areas of environmental sociology, green criminology, corporate crime and food security and ethical trade. He is the author of four books and over 70 journal articles and book chapters. Some of his recent articles have appeared in Capitalism Nature Socialism, Ecological Economics, Energy Research & Social Science, Punishment & Society, Risk Analysis, Theoretical Criminology, Weather, Climate, and Society, among others.
