Interlibrary Services

The Interlibrary Services Department provides access to materials not owned by the OSU Library. Interlibrary Services maintains a broad network of institutions that loan and borrow materials from each other. In some cases, Interlibrary Service requests are filled by purchasing materials for the collection. We also provide Document Delivery service for materials held by the OSU Library. Articles are retrieved, scanned and posted to the requestor's Illiad account and books are retrieved and held at the Circulation Desk for pickup.

What we do:

• Obtain copies of articles from journals not held by the OSU Library
• Borrow books from other institutions if we do not own them
• Retrieve and scan articles from journals held by the OSU Library
• Retrieve and place requested books at the Circulation Desk
